The hotel's location on a hill offers a beautiful view overlooking the otherwise unexciting town. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and cozy, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring great service. The breakfast buffet was more than enough to start the day.

All was well, no improvements needed.

our long weekend stay in kazanlak was great, and zornica made it even better! spacious and clean room, warm and clean pool, and a scenic terrace at the restaurant. we couldn't have asked for more.

Spent the Easter weekend in this hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and nice decor. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the city and within walking distance to some of the main attractions in the area such as a historical tomb and a nice park. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had about the area.

That the hotel was located on a hill, which made walking from the city center back to the hotel a bit tiring. However, this wasn't too much of an issue as we found the walk back to be enjoyable and scenic.
